This End User Licensing Agreement (the “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (an individual or entity) and the developers of the StatThor Application. By downloading, installing, or using this Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
User Licensing Agreement
We grant you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, educational, or professional purposes. This license does not permit commercial use unless expressly authorized by us.
You are prohibited from leasing, renting, sublicensing, publishing, copying, modifying, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Application, or using it for illegal purposes. Violation will terminate your license immediately.
Acceptance of Terms
The Application is provided “as is” for informational and educational purposes only. We strive for accuracy but make no warranties. You are responsible for verifying any results before using them.
Disclaimer of Liability
We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from use of the Application, including errors in calculations, service interruptions, or any other issues. All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, algorithms, and code are our intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the Application, or use it unlawfully. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use implies acceptance of updates.
Updates and Changes
We may update this EULA. Changes will be posted in the Application or on our site and are effective immediately upon posting.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you use the Application, unless otherwise specified.
