This page explains how users can request deletion of their KaptennPwono account and related app data. KaptennPwono is operated by Statthor Development LLC.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your KaptennPwono account and associated data, email Statthor Development LLC at statthorapp@gmail.com.
Please include the email address, username, or sign-in method associated with your KaptennPwono account so we can identify the correct account.
What will be deleted
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize personal account data associated with KaptennPwono, which may include:
- account profile information, such as name, email address, username, avatar, and sign-in identifiers;
- push notification tokens and app preference data;
- uploaded profile images or app files linked to the account; and
- personal participation data linked directly to the account where deletion does not affect security, fraud prevention, or competition integrity.
Data that may be retained
Some records may be retained or anonymized when reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, or competition-integrity purposes. For example, anonymized scores, rankings, challenge results, diagnostics, or transaction-related records may be retained where allowed by law.
Processing time
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days after we receive enough information to verify the account. Backup copies may take additional time to expire from secure backup systems.
