This policy explains how Driblit collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the app on iOS or Android.
Driblit is a football quiz game operated by Statthor Development LLC. By using Driblit, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information we may collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, email address, username, authentication identifiers, and related sign-in data used to create and secure your account.
- Profile information: profile details, avatar or uploaded profile image, language preferences, notification choices, and app settings.
- Gameplay and participation data: quiz answers, Daily Cup participation, private cup activity, scores, ranks, achievements, leaderboard positions, and progress history.
- Messages, support, and interaction data: information you send through support, profile, private cup, or other interactive features where available.
- Device and technical information: device model, operating system, app version, connectivity status, logs, crash data, and similar diagnostic information.
- Push notification data: push tokens, notification preferences, and related metadata needed to send app notifications.
- Advertising, analytics, and purchase information: usage events, engagement data, advertising-related identifiers or signals, and non-sensitive purchase entitlement status for premium features.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate, maintain, improve, and secure Driblit, including to:
- create and manage user accounts;
- run Daily Cup, Who Am I, Grid, Quick Quiz, Private Cup, achievement, and leaderboard features;
- store profile information and user-uploaded assets;
- send transactional, gameplay, or reminder notifications;
- process premium feature access and purchase entitlement status;
- analyze usage, performance, and feature adoption;
- serve ads and evaluate advertising performance where ads are used;
- reduce abuse, cheating, fraud, and unauthorized access; and
- respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
3. Services and providers we use
Driblit may use third-party tools and infrastructure providers, including:
- Google Firebase for authentication, analytics, cloud data storage, backend functions, messaging, and app infrastructure;
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob for advertising services;
- Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple for supported authentication flows;
- Apple App Store and Google Play for app distribution, platform services, and in-app purchase processing;
- image and file upload services tied to supported profile and storage flows; and
- device-level secure storage used to retain certain local app credentials or settings.
These providers may process data under their own privacy policies in addition to this one.
4. How information may be shared
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following cases:
- with infrastructure and service providers that help us operate the app;
- with other users where needed for usernames, ranks, scores, achievements, private cup participation, or leaderboard displays;
- with notification, analytics, storage, purchase, and advertising providers that support app functionality;
- if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of users and the service; and
- as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or business transfer involving Statthor Development LLC or Driblit.
5. Ads, analytics, purchases, and notifications
Driblit may use analytics to understand product usage, advertising tools to support monetization, in-app purchases for premium features, and push notifications for Daily Cup reminders, gameplay updates, or operational messages. You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.
6. Data retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Driblit, preserve competition integrity, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. Data may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information. You may also be able to:
- update profile details inside the app;
- manage notification permissions through your device settings;
- manage purchases and subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play settings where applicable;
- request account or data deletion by contacting us; and
- stop using the app at any time.
8. Children’s privacy
Driblit is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction for the relevant data processing, unless specifically allowed by applicable law and parental or guardian consent.
9. International processing
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. By using Driblit, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
