QuinX is a five-in-a-row strategy game operated by Statthor Development LLC. By using QuinX, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use QuinX, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Account and sign-in information: name, email address, account identifiers, and sign-in details when you use Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or other supported authentication methods.
• Profile and gameplay information: username, avatar or profile settings, match history, leaderboard results, invite codes, friend or opponent interactions, and other in-game activity needed to run online play.
• Messages and shared content: content you send through game-related chat, invites, or sharing features where available.
• Purchase and entitlement information: records related to in-app purchases, premium features, or restored purchases. Payment card information is processed by Apple or Google, not by us directly.
• Device, technical, and usage information: device model, operating system, language, app version, approximate network information, event logs, and diagnostic data.
• Advertising and analytics information: app activity, engagement events, and advertising-related identifiers or signals used by supported analytics and ad services.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate, improve, and support QuinX, including to:

• create and manage player accounts;
• enable local and online matches, leaderboards, rankings, invites, and account progression;
• authenticate users and secure access to multiplayer features;
• process and restore in-app purchases;
• measure app performance, understand usage, and improve gameplay experience;
• serve ads and evaluate advertising performance where ads are used;
• prevent fraud, cheating, abuse, and unauthorized access; and
• respond to support requests and legal obligations.

3. Services and providers we use

QuinX may use third-party services that process information on our behalf or as independent service providers, including:

• Google Firebase for authentication, analytics, backend infrastructure, and cloud data storage;
• Google Mobile Ads / AdMob for advertising services;
• Apple App Store and Google Play for in-app purchase processing and platform distribution;
• Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple for account access; and
• sharing and link services used to support invite links and related game flows.

These providers may process information under their own privacy terms in addition to this policy.

4. How information may be shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following situations:

• with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us run QuinX;
• with other players when needed for multiplayer features, usernames, leaderboards, or match participation;
• with app store providers to validate purchases or platform entitlements;
• if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, users, or the security of the service; and
• as part of a merger, acquisition, or business transfer if QuinX or Statthor Development LLC changes ownership.

5. Ads, analytics, and tracking

QuinX may use analytics and advertising tools to understand product usage and support monetization. These tools may use device-level identifiers, app event data, and related technical information. You may be able to limit certain advertising permissions through your device or platform settings.

6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate QuinX, maintain accounts, preserve multiplayer integrity, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. Data may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information. You may also be able to:

• manage sign-in methods through your Apple or Google account;
• manage advertising permissions through your device settings;
• request account or data deletion by contacting us; and
• stop using QuinX at any time.

8. Children’s privacy

QuinX is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction for the relevant data processing, unless specifically allowed by applicable law and parental or guardian consent.

9. International processing

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. By using QuinX, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.
